Taylor & Kendra provided top notch customer service. Both were very helpful & went above & beyond to help me figure out what tool/supplies I needed to fix my issue. I would recommend ACE & this location to anyone. It's rare to find people as helpful as Taylor & Kendra these days! Much appreciated.

The staff was so helpful. Celia helped me so much! She took time with me and answered all my questions. She really cared about me and my needs. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this store.

What a pleasant experience we had purchasing a Weber grill that was delivered yesterday. Everything from ordering to delivery was flawless. Everyone involved was great to deal with even when we changed the grill we wanted. All the people involved were polite and helpful.

Since each ACE Hardware store is owned by their different people, they don't all do the same thing's. But the ACE at East Park Shopping Center has been there as long as Giant. I have always gone there for personal reasons, I only found out about the different owned places a decade ago. Truth be told this might be a mistake in the possibility of a customer who is in need of an item, but if one place is out now, then they could get the same thing from a connected place. When Hechingers became Lowe's, and Home Depot arrived there was no way in my mind that ACE would stay in business. But they have and perhaps it's due to them being independent stores. I just hope they last forever...

This is the only place we were able to get wood pellets during this storm and even though the place was crowded and everyone was trying to get the same thing, the employees were nice, friendly and helpful! I've been to this store for other things and never had anything but a great experience.
